AI Dance Video Generator

Upload two photos and get a 13-second vertical dance video with both people on camera.

How to make a relay dance video

  1. Upload two photos. One person per photo, face clearly visible. Full-body photos work best. The two photos can be of two different people.
  2. Choose 13 or 15 seconds. Every video is vertical 9:16, ready for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
  3. Generate and download. Both people dance in the video, one after the other. Download the MP4 when it’s ready.

What you get, and what can vary

Every full-length video is:

  • 13 or 15 seconds long, the length you chose
  • vertical 9:16
  • a relay with both people from your photos on camera

The AI decides the rest, so these change from video to video and can’t be chosen:

  • how long each person is on screen
  • which person appears first
  • clothing and background, which may differ from your photos

The two samples below show this: the split between the two people and the backgrounds differ between them.

How the AI dance generator handles two people

This AI dance generator is built for two people rather than one. You give it a photo of each person, and it makes a single clip in which one person dances and then the video cuts to the other. One photo opens the video, the other closes it, and the AI creates the dancing in between.

Where the cut between the two people lands is the AI’s decision, so the split changes from video to video. In our 8 test runs the first person was on screen for anywhere from 1.8 seconds to about 12 seconds. Our six unedited examples show that range, each next to the two photos it was made from, so you know what to expect before you spend a credit.

Because each person has their own photo, the two people don’t need to be photographed together, wear matching clothes or stand in the same place. A friend’s photo from last summer and your own photo from today work just as well, as long as each one clearly shows a single person.

How long does it take?

In our 8 test runs, the AI step for a 13-second video took 17–21 seconds. Uploading and final processing add a little more, and busy periods take longer. The page shows the elapsed time and the video appears as soon as it’s ready, so you can keep the tab open and wait.

You don’t have to stay, though. Every video you make is saved to your account on this browser, so you can close the page and find it later under Account, ready to download.

What happens if a generation fails

Sometimes a generation fails, usually because the AI service is busy or takes too long. Most failures get one automatic retry, and the page shows “retrying” while it runs. If the video still fails, or isn’t ready within 30 minutes, your credit goes straight back to your balance and you can try again. A failed free preview doesn’t use up your free preview for the day, and photos rejected at upload never cost anything. The full rules are on our how it works page.

Sample dance videos

These are unedited results from our own test runs, each made from two photos of two different people with the 13-second setting, 9:16. They are the raw files exactly as generated (13.7 seconds; videos you download are trimmed to exactly 13 or 15 seconds). Nothing was cut, re-ordered or retouched.

Photo requirements

The AI dance generator only has your two photos to go on, so they matter more than anything else:

  • One person per photo, facing the camera with the face clearly visible. Photos with no face, or with several large faces, are rejected right away. A small face far in the background won’t block your upload.
  • Full-body or knee-up shots work best, since the whole body dances.
  • In focus and well lit, at least 300 pixels on each side and up to 10 MB, as JPG, PNG or WebP.
  • The two photos can be of two different people.
  • Only upload photos of people who have agreed to appear in the video.
  • No photos of minors, no nudity, and nothing that breaks our Terms of Service. See how we handle photos in our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy for paid credits.

FAQ

Is the AI dance generator free?

You can make one free 5-second preview a day, with a small watermark. Full 13 or 15 second videos without a watermark use a credit; a one-time pack is $9.99 for 3 videos, with no subscription.

Do both people appear in the video?

Yes. Every full-length video is a relay with both people from your two photos on camera. The free 5-second preview may show only one of them.

Can I choose how long each person dances?

No. The AI decides how the time is split and which person appears first, and both vary from video to video. The length you choose and the vertical 9:16 format are always what you asked for.

Does the video have music?

Yes. The AI adds its own generated soundtrack. It isn’t a licensed song, so you can also replace it with a sound from TikTok, Reels or Shorts when you post.

What resolution are the videos?

Full-length videos are 720×1280 MP4 files in vertical 9:16, ready for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The free preview is 720×1280.

What if I don’t like the result?

AI results vary, so a finished video uses its credit even if the split or background isn’t what you hoped for. Clearly broken files and unused packs are covered by our Refund Policy.
